On this Thanksgiving weekend, I have many reasons to be thankful, among them having the three beautiful McKittens in our lives.
I am thankful for Sergei, aka Mr. Z, our mighty hunter, high-flying acrobat and sleek black boy.
I am thankful for Sasha, aka Sashabear Stripeyhair, our trilling-voiced softie and silly upside-down boy.
I am thankful for Lyra, aka Miss Lyra Lou Silverfur, our affection sponge, sprinter and talky gray girl.
Without them, our house would have far fewer dust-kitties, but also much less laughter and warmth.

Thanks for sharing the line-up….I am catching up on blogs after the holiday and just loved your words and pictures of your feline trio. Do you find that gray cats have a particular “funniness” of their own? My daughter and I always comment on the “gray cat” gene…the soulful expression of Sergei always touches me and the beauty of your Sasha bespeaks her sweetness.
