		<description>Hi - your blog is beautiful! Re: tinned chickpeas, I made them with a vinaigrette where you get a yolk from a boiled egg and mash it up with vinegar, olive oil etc - this was delicious and a tremendous improvement on the usual salad version. Denise.</description>
