Miss Lyra sits at the foot of the bed, carefully bathing her left front paw. Sergei leaps silently onto the bed, landing almost atop her, disrupting her toilette. How rude! And he has the nerve to bump up against her, demanding to be groomed. Time to teach that boy a lesson. A quick cuff to the ear is enough to drive him away. Miss Lyra just wants to be let alone.
