    It continues to astonish me that a country with the means and the capabilities of the United States has not the will to rebuild New Orleans. That New Orleans and other affected areas remain so destitute two years after Katrina is - or should be - a national disgrace.

    There are no excuses for this.

    I am, however, encouraged by your entries on this topic. It’s inspiring to see.
