Civil libertarian though I am at heart, I must admit that there is a certain appeal to the idea of requiring every prospective parent to be required to go through a variety of training before being allowed to become parents.

		<description>I took CPR this year, too. The surprise for me was how hard it is on the wrists. Granted, we musicians are wimpy about our tendinitis-prone wrists, but it&#039;s just one more reason to hope we never need to do it for real while we&#039;re glad we know how, in case.</description>
