Hmmmm, someone I now has a birthday coming up. I wonder what lovely chewy spicy thing might make her happy on her birthday? I can’t imagine. (I know, I’m shameless. I haven’t even seen you in person to wish you a happy birthday or ply you with gifts yet, and here I am dropping oh-so-subtle hints.)

I was going to argue that *my* ginger cookies are better than your ginger cookies. But the I read the ingredients and instructions and they’re so similar I’m not going to argue. I will try to remember to bring in mine and see if there are any differences at all. But I can say already, YUMMM.
