		<description>You&#039;re killing me with those pretty pictures.  I want to take pretty pictures too.  But I keep talking myself out of the new camera.  And then you keep talking me into it again.

Picked up a copy of &quot;Pattern Language&quot; at the library the other day.  Nice book.  Makes me want to learn to be an architect.  Makes me wonder why 9/10ths of the so-called architects in the world don&#039;t seem to have the slightest clue -- isn&#039;t the book or something similar required reading?  Hell, why isn&#039;t it part of the required high school curriculum for everyone?  

Also interesting is how a big chunk of feng shui (and vice-versa) is just another culture&#039;s pattern language -- also largely neglected by the masses at their own risk -- but in the case of Chinese, treated as a near-mystical art.

Anyway, what I&#039;m getting around to saying is, thanks for introducing me to the book.</description>
