Love the idea of the cup and you can put some filling inside. Anything dark chocolate like this! Yum!

Gotta love those “take it home” orders. Chopper had a collection of ‘em from a wine tasting at work last week.

I love those top parts of cupcakes and muffins, and wish the extra chewiness of them could be imparted to the entire cupcake/muffin. The red looks super with the deep brown of the chocolate.

I am so envious of someone who can take a recipe and manipulate it into something else even more magnificent. And to top it off, can take the little mistakes and make them look like “I did this on purpose”. I never could get the hang of the presentation. I am having a virtual sugar high right now. Two sites, cupcakes everywhere.

Oh, how beautiful and decadent that looks! Were they good? Great way to use the last of a bottle of red, so I will pass it along to the pastry chef in the family.
