Feline Friday: CAThode ray tube

March 3rd, 2006 by Kimberly

CAThode ray tube (fuzzy)

Sasha is a wonderful editor. That turn of phrase - he points at the post - is a bit awkward. You can do better.

CAThode ray tube (sleek)

Sergei is a slavedriver. He likes to see me typing typing typing. When I pause, he’ll try to nudge the cursor ahead to speed me up.

If the McKittens were on my monitor right now, they too could visit the animals at the Friday Ark. On Sunday, the Carnival of the Cats will be at my hometown newspaper, the Houston Chronicle. COTC founder Laurence Simon has a blog, Catcall, on the Chron’s web site. When I last lived in Houston, a newspaper was just a newspaper. No longer.

Since amanuensis has one of the flat-screen monitors, it’s too thin for me to sit on top. Sergei and Sasha sure look wise up there!

You’re lucky. My cat quite deliberately stands between me and my monitor.

    Hello there !
Your cats are very cute, I would love to play with them. My mom loves your site because she is also a musician who adores cats. And she also lives in a old place (in an apartment building that was built in 1904) with her husband and two cats : me and Naïs. The big difference is that we’re in Paris, not Seattle !! If you check out my blog you’ll see how much I like to sit on the computer’s keyboard.
    Kind regards,
    June
