Obviously, I am a fan of gingerbread pancakes as well.  (I&#039;d forgotten about submitting the recepie all those years ago: &quot;Date: 5 Dec 90 18:38:26 GMT&quot;)

For my money, the best deal was to go with a friend, order an omelette with a side of gingerbread pancakes, get a second short stack, and split the omelette.  Ahhhh...

		<description>What about trying buckwheat flour?  When you get the recipe like you want it let us know.  My daughter loves gingerbread cookies and her grandma&#039;s homemade ginger bread (without the lemon curd topping) and she would probably love these as well.</description>
