Obviously, I am a fan of gingerbread pancakes as well. (I'd forgotten about submitting the recepie all those years ago: "Date: 5 Dec 90 18:38:26 GMT") For my money, the best deal was to go with a friend, order an omelette with a side of gingerbread pancakes, get a second short stack, and split the omelette.
