Beauty in advertising

Last night, Paul showed me a video clip that he’d found through a link on another blog. I was mesmerized by the playful, trippy imagery – thousands of vibrant, multi-colored dots bouncing along a San Francisco street – enhanced by spare musical accompaniment. Great use of computer graphics, I thought… but I was wrong. It was all real. And yes, it’s an ad, but there’s no mention of the product until the very end.

I tried to download it but had to bookmark for later.
How did they get that shot with the frog? Great commercial so now I will be on the lookout for it locally.

Neat! I can’t imagine calculating the physics to produce that on a computer.

After seeing that, I want a Bravia TV.

What I’m curious about is how they went about retrieving all those balls after the shooting.
