My old(er) man

For exactly ten days each year, I have an assignation with a man who’s my own age. When those days are over, I return to my relationship with my older man. Today marks the end of those ten days for this year. It’s my husband Paul’s birthday; he’s now 46 to my 45. The “assignation” with someone “our own age” is a little game that we play each year; it’s silly, and makes us both laugh.

You can stop by here or here to wish Paul a happy birthday, and many more.

Happy birthday, old(er) man. I love you!

That’s so funny, and quirky. FWIW, I’m always with an older man. ;-)

A long time ago I was with an older man for six months a year. His name was also Paul. I think your Paul is much nicer than mine was. Happy Birthday to him. Lucky you!

Happy birthday, Paul!

It’s all about the silly games, isn’t it? We revel in my being the older woman for all of 30 days a year.
