Looking at this photo, I can hear Michael Palin saying, "This morning the Minister of Finance met with French officials to discuss trade. They did not scratch on the scratching post, play with the catnip mousie or eat any of the nice fish, yum yum..." Okay, it was a long way to go to make the point.
