Signs of summer

As Nina commented recently, some Seattleites like to ride their bicycles naked. One of the favorite venues of the painted naked cyclists is the Fremont Solstice Parade, which was held today. Nina, in case you didn’t make it to the parade, here’s a little bit of fancy Fremont nakedness for you. (Warning: Enlargements may not be work safe… all depends on where you work.)

How funny! I like the photo of the yellow chicken best, all because of the faces of the people watching. But I still can’t seem to get over my first impression—ooowwwie!

I LOVE these pictures…now that is a parade to be at (watching of course)!

Thanks for recording some of it for me, as I missed it. I do plan to head to the fair today, but no nakedness (that I know of) to be found. This is the first parade in many years that hasn’t been rained on. Yay for Seattle sunshine and body paint.

    Why?

Why would anyone want to ride a bike naked ? I have family in Seattle.
