I have dogs, not cats, but we’ve been birdwatching lately, as well – there’s a female cardinal that seems to take pleasure in standing right outside the patio door when the dog is inside, and flapping her wings, and preening, and then taking off as soonas the dog decides that Action Must Be Taken.
